“Needed my tank pumped/inspected immediately. It was -25C out, I have a very steep/winding driveway, I had called every other company in the Vernon/Kelowna area, most either wouldn’t answer or did not want to bother. I called Ty with Tristar, told him the situation, and he did not hesitate, on his way within an hour. Couldn’t make it up the hill initially, stopped and put his chains on halfway up. He did not charge extra for the time to do that or tank size/dump fees etc... He was in and out, considerably cheaper, and during heavy snow and cold snap, we haven’t seen in many years. I was impressed and thankful for saving money and time. Wish I called them first.”

“I called them for a quote and availability; he said he was super busy but would fit it in asap for me, I told him I wouldn't be home, but the tank was out in front of the house. He called later on in the day to tell me my tanks were full lol, and they were rinsed out and good to go and that he had to dig my lid out a bit, and there would be no charge. When I got home, you couldn't even tell he was in the yard great service would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again”
